What I do now

I am a start up and small business expert who will help you to accelerate your business success by showing you simple strategies to supercharge your business growth rapidly. Believe it or not, now your business can succeed whatever the economic climate might be, whether you are just starting out or just need a much needed kick up the backside to get going again!

I have worked extensively with small businesses for over 6 years, offering them advice, signposting, training and coaching. In particular I have worked with over 900 start up businesses many offering services like yourself and mainly those run by women in the East Midlands. I am one of a select few sponsored by the region development agency who have recently undergone accredited high growth coaching training, so I can help you to find ways forward with your sales and marketing efforts as well as help you manage your staff to encourage their potential too. I am a nationally accredited Sfedi Business Advisor and Enterprise Trainer too.

So what do I do that is different to get the results my clients want?

 

By bringing together a unique blend of coaching, NLP Master techniques and sales and marketing tools, growth model tools and profiling, along with personal development techniques, I have enabled my clients to gain clarity, devise a working plan and produce excellent results for themselves. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed at the prospect of sorting your business out, I am even a qualified stress management consultant with a background in holistic therapy so can get you feeling more energised naturally!

I have run several business networks locally and speak regularly at events, so if you ever feel tongue tied at networking meetings or worry about presenting your services to potential customers, I can probably help you gain more confidence to speak with enthusiasm about your business proposition. Business Career Experience

 

Prior to running my own business, I had a successful career in corporate sales working as a Key Account and National Account Manager for a number of leading high profile brands in large companies. I have also worked extensively with business support agencies for the past 6 years. Currently I work with start up businesses female entrepreneurs and University graduates who are about to embark on their entrepreneurial journey.

 

Qualifications and Training

 

I am a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, Cfex High Growth Coach, Sfedi Accredited business advisor and enterprise trainer. am also the co-author of ‘ Grow Your Own Networks’, a workbook for better business networking. I have also a trained in stress management and hypnotherapy. My clients say my positive ‘can do’ attitude is both infectious and inspiring. Added to all of this I can empathise with your situation as I too have started up a number of business in the past decade so have been there and done that!

 

Work ethos for my clients

 

My view is if your mind is focused on success, you will naturally attract it, provided you implement the right strategies and apply the necessary action to achieve it that is! Any business is reliant on a number of ingredients. Most important are the right people, the right mindset along with of course the right opportunity! Without the people, whether boss, staff, customers, or suppliers, a business is nothing if there are no people there can be no profit! Treat them all right and your business is bound to succeed.

 

Regarding responsibility and commitment.....................

 

I only work with committed clients who are willing to do all the necessary steps it takes to achieve the success they want. I have heard all the excuses for not doing it, I could probably write the 'Big Book of Excuses' from the number I have heard over the years!

So if you don't want to take positive action right now and know you constantly put off achieving success, I am probably not the coach for you. If, however, you are the sort of person who does what they say they will on time, with passion, enthusiasm and takes full responsibility for your results, you are definitely the type of client I love to work with!
